📍 Location

Polished @ The Paddocks is a home-based studio located in Aldeburgh, IP15.

As this is my private home, I kindly ask that you respect the space as you would your own. Full address details will be provided upon booking confirmation.

Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time — not early — as I may still be with another client and unable to accommodate waiting.

🐾 A Note About My Dogs

I have friendly dogs who live in the home. They mostly keep themselves separate during appointments, but you may hear them and will be greeted by them on arrival.

If you are uncomfortable around dogs or have allergies, please consider this before booking.

💅 Booking & Deposits

• Full payment is required upfront to secure all appointments.
• Payments are transferable with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

Appointments are only confirmed once payment has been received.

⏰ Cancellations & Rescheduling

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule.
• Cancellations within 48 hours will result in loss of payment.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment fee before any future bookings can be made.

As a small business, last-minute cancellations have a significant impact, thank you for your understanding.

👩🎨 Nail Art & Design Requests

If you would like detailed nail art, please let me know at the time of booking. This ensures I can allow enough time for your appointment and prepare any specific products needed.

While not all designs can be replicated exactly, I will always create something beautiful and tailored to you.

🚫 Health & Safety

Please do not attend your appointment if you:

• Have a nail infection or fungal condition
• Are feeling unwell
• Have recently been in contact with a contagious illness

Appointments may be refused if necessary.

👯♀️ Guests & Children

Due to space and insurance limitations, I am unable to accommodate additional guests or children during appointments.

💳 Payments

I accept cash or bank transfer.
